Floral meadow and howling constructs biomes do not have translations

The floral meadow and howling constructs biomes do not have translations, meaning in the single biome customization screen and potentially other places, their translation key will be shown instead:
Thank you! Will be fixed in v7.0.21 update once I get a few more bugs reported to package into the update.
