Caves and Cliffs Backport 7.0+ breaks with bumbelzone

A package was renamed on their end so right now, either Bumblezone v3.1.0+ or Caves and Cliffs v7.1.2+ will fix the compat issue. Whichever mod update comes out first lol.
This issue report is to help people know about this incompat and to wait for an update for either mod
