Cannot get Back in Action advancement

I've been saving bees by putting stingers back on more than 24 times now, and the command says I've saved 0 bees.
Minecraft version 1.20.1
Fabric Loader 0.16.10
Playing on Prominence II RPG: Hasturian Era 3.1.1
Prism Launcher 9.1

Testing 1.20.1 fabric with my mod alone and it seems to work.
So it is likely some other mod messing with the interaction in some way in 1.20.1? Will launch modpack now
Works for me with latest version of modpack. I see you are on v3.1.1 of the modpack. Can you please update to v3.1.6 and see if the issue is resolved?
I had issue with this one too, but only because I was trying to fix bees in Briefcase. Then I realized I can put their stingers directly.
@Wenderbilt were you putting stingers back on bee using the Buzzing Briefcase too? If so, then I forgot to have the briefcase count towards the advancement. You can right click the bee with Bee Stinger in the world to put the stingers back on as a workaround
