ikr, it was such a stupid move to remove the compat and make it a public api, since not every mod is actively developed

Also, Bumblezone chestplates don’t have sleeves so what would I be rendering in first person view

that's also true, but using both mods makes the hand render no textures, so i had to remove the mod (ISMAH), since i'm sure they wont implement any compat on their own..

If the hand has like nothing at all, that sounds like a bug on the other mod’s side. I would expect them to continue to render the hand. And the api is only for rendering armor on top of that

what i meant is this:

So they want every single custom armor mod in existence to go the effort to implement their api just to show a sliver of the armor on screen? That’s a losing battle if I ever saw one
