Thorns are pretty much vines so in theory a fairly simple port.
Hangers are a little more complicated as the growing logic is all based on metas - this should be easy enough to convert to the new system.
Will need to make the seeds place the block and also all the logic for the fruiting and seeding plus the drops and picking.
