Need to remake the redgem block/lamps.
This is called a lot in the decorating of the biomes so it will add a chunk of code back to the dimension and make it look like more things are done ;)
The most recent 1.7.10 classes should be copied across and ported for the worldgen as there were some changes made recently to mitigate a decorating error.
