Steps done:

1. Get damaged by a Botfly and get Botfly Larva Status.
   OR

2. Spawn in Botfly Larva with a spawn egg or something.

3. Look at it.

4. Game freezes & crashes.

Replaced the crash report with another one with much less mods loaded, well... with the one causing the crash to happen.

Apparently there's a conflict with "The One Probe" which causes the crash to happen. The One Probe allows you view certain things like block names, mob names and such when looking at them. Just by looking at a Botfly Larva will cause a crash however if you disable the tooltip "isVisible" setting for The One Probe the game won't crash when you look at a Botfly Larva.
