And to balance out the fact that they'll do a lot more damage, reduce their stacksize to 16 \o/

Changed them up to inflict 3 seconds of poison also to the thrown versions.
I'd like to keep the stack size higher tho' as they are quite weak overall and miss more often than not when thrown ;)
