So after multiple atempts I finaly found it was Erebus. Every time I entered a save it'd say "Forge detected level.dat backup is being used" and would either freeze or crash before entering the world.
I just tried removing the keybinds and to my surprise those were the cause. They had buttons in common with other keybinds (without aftecting gameplay) and used 2 extra buttons on my mouse. I force closed minecraft and got this crash log.

it looks like you have a lot of mods installed, this is not an issue with Erebus. to solve this issue, simply install: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/jeid. this will use the 1.13 world format and will remove the entire id thing. be sure to backup though.
