Oversight 12.2.2: OreDict entries missing from all new materials and related blocks

As mentioned the mod doesn't contain OreDict or itemTags to allow other mods to recognise the materials, blocks, ingots and etc added by this mod. Adding those would vastly improve the playability of this mod.
