What's the issue you encountered?

The animation does not work for a regular creeper, but it works for a skeleton creeper when there is a regular one nearby

How can the issue be reproduced?

1.19.2 - Fabric

  1. When there are no regular creepers nearby, spawn a skeleton creeper;
  2. Spawn an regular creeper;
  3. Move an regular creeper yourself or wait until he starts moving on his own;
  4. See the dependence of the skeleton creeper animation on the regular one.

I can't control what fresh animations does to entities. Should be reported/mentioned on their side
