What's the issue you encountered?

Skeleton Creepers seem to be able to spawn in the Deep Dark biome, causing raiding ancient cities to be a huge pain. No other mobs spawn there so the amount of Skeleton Creepers is insane.

How can the issue be reproduced?

Go to a Deep Dark biome or an ancient city

Until I fix it, you can add modify the skeleton creeper biome spawns with a small datapack to resolve this issue
