What's the issue you encountered?

Ghouls, Nightmares and Skeleton Creepers spawn like they should, but I've been searching with Traveler's compass to confirm, and Revenants are not spawning. I don't think it's a mod conflict, I removed all other mods except a couple to make debugging easier. The spawn weight in the config is set to 25.

How can the issue be reproduced?

Install The Graveyard 3.1 for Fabric 1.20.1. Optionally use Traveler's Compass to make searching easier.
