I dont know if this occurs in vanilla villages, but (at least) for some reason this sound keeps playing randomly whenever I'm in a village when using my large modpack. Is there any way to disable this sound?

For now, I have to use a mod such as Sound Controller to disable this sound from playing,

This issue will stay up because I'm sure this sound is not intended to constantly play whenever I'm in a village, and I'm willing to get answers if someone knows anything about this.
