What's the issue you encountered?

You can duplicate an infinite amount of bones due to an oversight.

How can the issue be reproduced?

3 bones = 9 bonemeal = 1 boneblock which makes 1 skeleton decoration. Which can be broken into 4 bones.
The solution is easy, just make it so they drop 3 bones and not 4 no further nerfs neccesary.
