What's the issue you encountered?

Minecraft versions: 1.20.1
Forge versions: 47.2.20
Mod versions: 3.1
When I was trying to kill lich, after I emptied its first phase of blood, it just dropped the loot and died without converting to the second phase

How can the issue be reproduced?

Just kill it. Sometimes it dies outright, sometimes it turns a stage.

I thought at first it was because a single attack did too much damage, then tried to kill it with my bare hands when it was low on blood, but it still died straight away
