What's the issue you encountered?

I have disabled the nightmares, revenants, and ghouls due to player request in the config file but I have seen nightmares spawning even after they have been disabled. I have not seen revenants or ghouls spawning but I have seen the nightmares.

How can the issue be reproduced?

Disable nightmares. Wait. Nightmares still spawn.
