What's the issue you encountered?

As the title.
In single player games, there is no such issue, and it is also possible that I was lucky enough not to encounter it.
When I connect to the server and place the coffin, it does not display.
But after opening/closing the GUI of the coffin multiple times, the coffin can be displayed normally.
note: If the coffin is not displayed, stepping on the front block of the coffin is not a problem, but when stepping on the back block of the coffin, the player will get stuck.

How can the issue be reproduced?

Connect to the server and place the coffin.
