• Penumbral lunar eclipse (most common)
• Partial lunar eclipse (less common)
• Full lunar eclipse // Blood moon (rarest)

there is a difference from a lunar eclipse and a blood moon though. a lunar eclipse is from the moon being in between the sun and the earth. a blood moon is from just red light being.. refracted (is that even the right word?) off of the moon (the red light part I know is right I'm just not sure how)

Actually in real life partial lunar eclipses are the rarest at "30% of lunar eclipses," according to https://universavvy.com/types-of-lunar-eclipses but let's ignore that. Minecraft doesn't have to be realistic.
