Blood would be a fluid that would generate in the Spooky Dimension similarly to how Lava generates in the Overworld. It would be a deep red, but wouldn't have any adverse effects other than slowing you down (like Lava if you have Fire Resistance). Colliding with Water would make Netherrack, colliding with Lava would make Magma Blocks.
