One thing I think is missing from a lot of other "summon a boss" mods is the ability to define which dimension ID the summon works in.

It would be cool, for example, to force the fight to happen in the Deep Dark from Extra Utilities.

(My modpack is going to have a boss for each dimension, and thus far every one is covered except the Deep Dark).
