Request: Allow dynamic customization of infection chance on individual mobs.

Problem:
- I want to tough up some mobs and give them an increased chance to infect while lower the infection chance of others.
- I cannot have some mobs to only affect non player entities without having them to also infect the player.
Resolve:
- Allow the setting of custom infection chance in infection_entities.json, if an entity has a set rate for infection then it will override the default rate.
