Crash on infection death, elytra is folded Steve, & Incorrect infection progression timer?

Minor issue: When progressing from one infection level to the next it doesn't wait for the timer to completely run out. It sometimes does it around the 3 or 4 minute mark.
Minor issue: When I died while wearing an elytra, the skin did not use my own skin and the elytra I was wearing took on a folded up Steve skin... creepy but also not right? See image:

Minor issue: When I died from infection it didn't use my name at all. The zombie is labeled as 's Zombie See image:

Atlas Lib 1.18.2-1.1.5a should fix the elytra texture, but I'm unsure as to if it would be the cause for the crash.
By wating out the timer, do you mean the timer displayed on the potion effect in the inventory, or the configured set timer?
As for the infection information, it seems that the game couldn't properly cache your information, is this zombie the one from the crash, as that might cause your player data to not be correctly added to the zombie.
I'm having a similar issue with the 1.19 port of the mod at the moment to that crash so I'll have a look into it and maybe have to redo some of the rendering.

Yes, that was the same crash zombie.
The way that the effect is currently coded, the timer shown in the inventory doesn't have any bearing on the effect, it was just set high to try to show the effect without a timer.
I kinda thought that was the case but figured I'd mention it along with the others. :)
Do you have another copy of that crash report to hand?
It seems to have been removed from hastebin.
