Can't spawn entitys because its marked as removed already

I tried spawning in some entitiys but they wouldn't spawn so I had a look in the console and it showed this:
Also the shine doesn't work and here are the mods that I am using

This is not a bug, it is caused because an Altar of Herobrine was not activated in the world. To activate it you must first build a shrine out of gold blocks, netherrack, redstone torches, and lava, a screenshot of that build is at the top of the curseforge page. You then must place an Altar of Herobrine, on the netherrack, and activate it by right clicking it with a Cursed Diamond.
