On 1.12.2 dedicated servers after a server restart Herobrine sometimes can't spawn.

On the 1.12.2 port of this mod there is a bug on dedicated servers when the server restarts the mod does not properly sync the saved data, causing Herobrine to not be able to spawn when he should.
