TLC generation not occuring when server hosted with Default World Generator (updated title)

I am hosting a server with GGServers. When I host a server locally on my own machine with the modpack (All The Mods 3) I am able to use TLC/BOP worldgen to generate an overworld of biospheres in space, server-side, by changing the server.properties as directedd on the CurseForge page for the mod.
However my GGServers server is resetting to default generation whenever I try this. I suspect it is to do with MultiCraft but GGServers support are adamant it is not. However this is the only difference between the two servers apart from hosting location (locally vs externally) hardware (personal PC vs dedicated server) and RAM allocation (4GB vs 8GB).
My suspicion of MultiCraft is partly to do with world names- if I change the world name in MultiCraft it's fine, but if I change it in server.properties alone then it reverts to its original value.
I can provide GGServers' response to my support ticket if you would like, as well as my server.properties file- just ask.
Any support with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Many Thanks,

Server Details:
GGServers' 8GB Gold server hosted in Paris, France.
Local Server hosted on personal PC, 4GB RAM allocation.
It looks like you can download Multicraft for free and use it for a single server for personal use. Can you try setting that up on your own computer, with a modpack with just Lost Cities, and see if it works there?
Have just finished setting up Multicraft and running the tests requested. I copied over my server files in thier entirity to make sure the GGServers server had no influence. I used a default server.properties, with suitable changes for local IP and, of course, the world type. It refused to work, and defaulted to a default world.
I then tested a modpack of just TLC (with forge). This worked, and I have a space biospheres world. I would say that the caveat of this was I ran generation lostcities and not lostcities_bop, so this could potentially still be the issue?
As such I'm not 100% sure any more what the cause is, but hopefully this helps narrow it down!
Would you like me to provide any details of the mods I'm trying to run with (All The Mods 3)?
Many Thanks,
-Loki
If Multicraft works fine with just Lost Cities, then one of your other mods is probably breaking it. Can you try adding/removing half of them at a time until you figure out which?
Hey again! Just finished testing various mods, and I've found the culprit.
The problem seems to be a mod called "Default World Generator (port)" by EZTerry (link here)
I'm not sure why it's causing the issue, but it doesn't seem to be necessary for the server to have, so I've removed it and as far as I can tell everything is good! I'm just waiting on MC to boot so I can have a look properly at the world, but the server.properties hasn't changed the level type.
Hopefully that closes the issue! :D
Thanks again,
