NO. Just loaded city from preset. :/ . The no chisel city.

try a different preset. careful if you use any other world gen mod?

what is your mod list because I get a similar problem

also it also happens in rare cities preset and chisel preset but I don't know about the other presets

Still the same kind of problem. Probably a mod conflict.
