Spawner will spawn standing on the site of the mobs. Mobs spawn, but just stand still. The mod is installed on the server. If I choose the normal type world, then everything is fine, the mobs are moving.

That can't be caused by Lost Cities. It literally has no effect on mob spawning (except placing the spawners in worldgen). It is just doing world generation
