In my opinion, Lost Cities should be compatible with Wasteland Reborn because it would add more "immersion" into the world that is created by WR. If the structures from the LC Mod spawned in the "Wasteland" World Type (Provided by WR Mod) it would make the world feel more realistic and it would make it so players are rewarded for exploring a mostly desolate landscape.
