While using custom city generation, the game gets stuck on loading screen when generating a world for the first time.

I do not know what is causing this issue, but whenever i try to generate a new city world if I use anything other than the default settings, the world will not generate and will get stuck on the loading screen. I am using the latest version of the mod in conjunction with 2 other mods, Optifine and Effortless Building.

im having the exact same issue, it freezes while going through the world gen options again and again than on generation

1.15-3.0.1 , sorry for not clarifying.

I waited for about 10 minutes before giving up. It was stuck at 36% the entire time. This isn't the first time this has happened to me with it getting stuck like that while making a new world with custom city stuff. Should I have waited longer?
