1.18.2 Server Crash upon loading a chunk

lostcities-1.18-5.3.12.jar
I am able to login, but as soon as I try to load a certain area, the server crashes.
I have tried deleting the region files in all surrounding areas, but it continues to crash once I try and load it.

Running a pregen test on overworld with just BIOP and Lostcities for 20K x 20K.
Confirmed: Showing lostcities at rarecities and BIOP biomes.
Only change that was made.

That's wrong and only for 1.12

I believe that's why my pre-generation keeps crashing at 30ish percent. It seems to be hitting this chunk and then it crashes.
I also can't remove the mod. I get an error message for incorrect data packs. If a mod causes an issue, I can usually remove it to see if it will fix itself by removing anything that the mod added, but I'm having trouble in this case. Also, I haven't added any data packs.
I removed the config files and let them get recreated so that I could see if that was the issue.
I also have in my server.properties file: generator-settings={"profile":"lostcities_bop"}
I believe that was needed on older versions, but I'm not sure what I would need now in 1.18.2
It seemed to be working well.
I was using WorldPreGenerator-1.18.2-3.0.1.jar but it kept getting stuck at 30 percent.
I gave up on using the pregenerator.
However, today a player entered a chunk area and kept crashing the server with this crash report.
On the command: pregen gen minecraft:overworld 0 0 600
This is for about a 20K by 20 square border.
Weird. Currently I have no idea. Could be some kind of mod interaction. I'll try to look at this soon
The main issue now is that when I enter into the area and load those chunks. It crashes the server.
Please let me know what I can do to help. I work from home and own my own server with a FiberOptic line.

Just to let you know, I've been pre-generating a world with as many mods as possible that add world generation and I have not crashed even with server restarts. It's currently at 60% with a 20K x 20K. It's possible that I removed a mod and that's what caused it, but that will be incredibly hard to narrow down. I'm pre-generating the world to 100% and then adding all the other necessary mods to my Modpack, but I'll keep an eye out when I remove mods in case this issue comes back. It's just one of those things I guess. I'll close out this ticket once it reaches 100%.
