1.18.2 isn't generating cities

no matter what I set in Lost Cities, it doesn't generate cities.
What do I need to grab from my game to help with and/or prove this issue?
- to this problem...install from curse forge,use settings "large city",Flew about 10,000 blocks, no cities.
More details. What do you mean by using settings 'large city'. How exactly are you doing this?
When I create a singleplayer world I set it to use The Lost Cities content, turning spawners off.
I tried using normal LC settings, nothing from LC once I get into the world.
I tried using LC's "Only Cities" settings, and still nothing from LC once I get into the world.
Edit:
I need to get it to work because one of the mods I'm wanting isn't on 1.19 yet.
And I want that mod in a save with Lost Cities .
I also tried without that mod, still the same.
Many people are using Lost Cities with 1.18 with no problems. I need to know exactly how you are doing it. Show screenshots perhaps or maybe a video?
So to recreate: Single Player -> Create New World -> More World Options -> Cities in the Top Right -> (Any Settings) -> Click Done -> Create New World at the bottom -> (World Gens) -> Fly 10k blocks in any direction and no matter what never found a city.
I can attempt to record a video tomorrow showing the various methods I have used if you like. I have also tried with the world type as Default and TerraForged neither ever spawning a city but I can do the diamond with the beds but then there is no loot only mobs and spawners.

Put it in to common.toml in lostcity config folder,and all work.
