[Suggestion] Urban, residential, suburban housing generation + settings

Cities in this generation tend to consist of the downtown area and parks only, but most cities aren't solely large buildings, and even cities such as Shanghai, Hong Kong, Tokyo, New York, and Chicago aren't built of only large skycrapers. It'd be great to have a perimeter to city generation that spawned "fields" of the aforementioned dwelling areas with their distances set to their relative irl counterparts. Huge structures aren't a mystery for the devs, given the highways and sheer scale of city generation.
Every city needs winding streets of low roofed homes and uncanny valley grid housing in the outskirts. Apartment buildings, college housing, and mansions would be a neat find, especially given rarity settings and whatnot. The cities currently don't feel "real," because of their lack of housing.
