After breaking 10 stone by hand you gain the ability to mine blocks by hand that normally require cobble tools, but they still break at the same speed as they normally would when breaking them by hand until you exit and reenter the world.

I'm using monk-mod-1.4 on Minecraft 1.12.2 with Forge 14.23.5.2808
