Top and bottom goblins do not drop anything

Forge version: 36.0.43
Twilight Forest version: 4.0.369 (dev version)

Steps to reproduce:
- Kill a top and/or bottom goblin
What I expected to happen: The dead goblin to drop exp and... something
What happened instead: No drops whatsoever, neither exp nor knightmetal or anything.
Note: Discovered on the testing server on 3/16 by Shedao_Shai (this is me on github), I apologize if this has already been fixed in a more up-to-date version
