Stairs spawn in incorrect orientations 1.16

1.16 new released
Steps to reproduce:
- go to a final boss castle
- look at the stairs
What I expected to happen:
stairs to be normal
What happened instead:
all stairs regardless of direction (only applied to stairs in inner towers of the final boss castle) faced south
So happy TF is out! <3
