Sugestion: Frosted Effect Update!

Frosted is a Cool Effect! But, will be better if you could make Potions! Maybe using Packed Ice, Ice, Aurora Block, Snow, Snow Balls, I Dont Know. But, the Frosted Effect would be better with Potions Variants.

(ps: its my first time in github and idk how to put enhancment labels, sry)

Im fairly new aswell, but im pretty sure labels are applied by the admins and you cant apply them yourself
