Large numbers of Giants spawning

Forge version: 36.1.16
Twilight Forest version: 1.16.5 - 4.0.482

Steps to reproduce:
- Get to the top of the Giant Cloud
What I expected to happen:
To fight about 2 - 3 giants.
What happened instead:
There were at least twenty giants. I'm not sure this is a bug, but in the 1.12 version, there were significantly less giants spawning.
