When comsumed, Stroganoff whould give the player strength 3 for 20-30 seconds

Why Should It Be in the Mod?

Tbh i kinda just want to see the Stroganoff get some utility instead of just being "consume the funny to enter funnier zone", and i felt like giving it a combat usage whould suit it best. I went w strength 3 to give it an advantege over potions and a short duration for obvious reasons

also whould give the player a reason to seek out the funny stew, and whould give me a use for the 1000 stroganoff i have in my storage
