[Suggestion] When reappearing block is powered, make it stay nonsolid until it is unpowered

The Suggestion
Change the behaviour of reappearing blocks when they are powered by redstone so that they become nonsolid when power is applied, and stay nonsolid until power is removed.
Push stone button - reappearing block becomes nonsolid
Stone button clicks back up - reappearing block turns green and becomes solid again
Place redstone block next to reappearing block - reappearing block stays nonsolid until it is removed
Don't change the right click interaction, so right clicking a reappearing block makes it disappear and reappear again after a timer, as it does currently.
Why Should It Be in the Mod?
I made a mob farm using reappearing blocks to spawn and subsequently flush the mobs, and forgot to add toggleable lights inside, so the farm stays full of mobs. If I could make reappearing blocks stay vanished for a prolonged period of time, I could fix this.
More generally applicably, it would let players more precisely control reappearing blocks' timings using redstone, and make reappearing blocks behave more similarly to other redstone components, where power turns it on and no power turns it off, instead of it working on its own timing.
