Steps to Reproduce
- Place a platform of blocks that don't typically generate in the world (ex. polished andesite, stone doubleslabs, stone bricks, etc)
- Place a dirt block above the platform and grow a sapling that generates root blocks on top
What You Expected
Roots should not penetrate the layer of placed blocks, protecting any structures below
What Happened Instead
Roots will go right through and penetrate into the underlying space

This is a bug on a 1.18.2 dev build, reported in chat to Drull and reported here so it does not get lost. Forgive my checkbox lie, blame Drull
