1. Place, and then attempt to harvest a vanilla mangrove with an axe

What You Expected

Banisters are wood, and should have the "harvestable by axe" tag (the rest do)

What Happened Instead

The vanilla mangrove banister specifically is missing this tag

Discovered on the TF testing server
