[Suggestion] Carminite reactor should not be dropped when exploding

The Suggestion
When you set off a carminite reactor it blows up an area, but then the reactor item is dropped! The reactor should probably not drop after exploding itself as that creates a loop of infinite "free" TNT.
Why Should It Be in the Mod?
Balance-wise it's a nightmare, giving me war flashbacks to The Atum's lighthouse block exploding and dropping itself on touch - "intended".
