Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enchant Block and chain with destruction to desired level
  2. Equip Block and chain to offhand
  3. hold Giant's pickaxe in main hand
  4. Throw block and chain at blocks that are breakable by it

What You Expected

Thrown block and chain would mine blocks without giant's pick effect

What Happened Instead

Giant's pick AOE mining effect is applied to anything the block and chain breaks
