Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go into creative mode
  2. Acquire a block and chain with the destruction enchantment
  3. Toss it to break blocks

What You Expected

Broken blocks would not drop items since breaking blocks in creative mode doesn't usually drop them as items

What Happened Instead

Broken blocks dropped items
