  1. Prepare boots with Feather Falling I enchantment.
  2. Recraft the boots with Steeleaf at UncraftingTable.

What You Expected

Steeleaf boots with Feather Falling II can be made.

What Happened Instead

Steeleaf boots with Feather Falling I and Feather Falling II can be made.
