Steps to reproduce:

1. Place a Encased Smoker/Fire Jet next to something giving off a redstone signal.
2. Smoker/Fire Jet doesn't work, needs a block update to pick up the signal.

What I expected to happen:
The block to immediately pick up the redstone signal upon placement.

What happened instead:
The Smoker and Fire Jet need a block update first before realising they have an active signal.

The second and fourth one were given a block update after being placed on top of the redstone block.
