Steps to Reproduce

Naga will continue to damage entities around it's tail (maybe it's entire body?) as it's body is exploding. Most noticeable when 1-shotting it from full HP (when it's tail is at it's longest).

What You Expected

Naga to not deal damage when killed

What Happened Instead

Naga deals damage after death
