The Suggestion

Add the ability to use the Lamp of Cinders, Block & Chain, Life-Draining Scepter, Fortification Scepter, and Rope by a Dispenser.

Why Should It Be in the Mod?

Lamp of Cinders can function by burning the block or entities that is infront of it, or within an AoE of it. This can be used for certain cooked food farms, like Porkchop & Steak.

Block & Chain can function by dispensing the Block entity from the Block & Chain and either destroying blocks or damaging mobs, then reeling in the Block & Chain again. This seems like a smaller thing that I don't really expect to be implimented, but the latter half seems like a neat concept.

Life-Draining Scepter can function by damaging the mob that's infront or within certain distance from the front of the dispenser, acting. Opposing to how the Twilight Scepter works, this would only require one long signal for a slower set of damage, while still taking uses per tick of damage applied. I don't see a reason for it to heal any nearby entities, but it could be an additional thing to think about.

Fortification Scepter can function by applying Fortification Shields around the entity directly infront of it, if possible. The cooldown would work the same as it does natively. This would be nice if you're trying to deal with entities that you want to protect, such as a Villager who won't stop running directly into a Zombie (grr, stupid Villager). I could also see boats supporting the use of Fortification Shields leading to some interesting mini-game ideas!

Rope can function by being placed automatically for a player. For example, if someone wanted to automate setting up a bunch of rope lines, using this with dispensers, observers, and pistons would make for a nice convenience.
