The Suggestion

While quickly having a run-over on how the Fallen Leaves works, I noticed that they can have multiple layers stacked on top despite being on water. My suggestion is to limit the amount of possible layers on the water to maybe 1-3 layers.

Why Should It Be in the Mod?

idk I feel like it'd make a little more sense that Fallen Leaves wouldn't be able to sustain a full pile on water.
